Consent to Personal Data Processing
In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data”
The User, by filling out lead forms, feedback forms, or using the online chat on ilgizar.site, acting freely, voluntarily, and in their own interest, provides their specific, informed, and conscious consent to the Operator — Ilgizar Mukhamadiev(hereinafter — the Operator), for the processing of personal data under the terms set forth below.
1. Categories of Processed Personal Data
- Full name (if provided);
- Contact telephone number;
- Email address;
- Messenger username / handle (Telegram, etc.);
- Company details, project scope, and automation requirements;
- Technical and anonymized analytics data (cookies, IP address, browser type, on-site interactions) collected via web analytics services (Yandex Metrika).
2. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
- Consulting the User regarding AI integration, web engineering, and CRM automation solutions;
- Preparing custom architectural blueprints, cost estimates, and commercial proposals;
- Promptly communicating with the User to clarify project specifications;
- Sending analytical materials, case studies, and service updates upon request.
3. Database Localization & Processing Conditions (152-FZ)
Processing includes collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, utilization, transfer (provision, access as permitted by law), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data. Data is not transferred to third parties without lawful grounds.
4. Validity Period & Revocation Procedure
This consent is valid indefinitely from the date of submission until processing purposes are fulfilled or until consent is revoked.
The User has the right to revoke this consent at any time by sending written notice to the Operator's email address: contact@ilgizar.site with the subject line “Revocation of Consent to Personal Data Processing”.
Upon receiving a revocation notice, the Operator undertakes to cease data processing and destroy the relevant personal data within 30 (thirty) calendar days.
